1. Driver's responsibility
- All drivers must be between 18 and 71 years old.
- All drivers must have experience driving a motorbike.
- All drivers and passengers must wear helmets when riding motorbikes.
- If your helmet is lost or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will send you a new helmet as a replacement. We are advised to never ride a motorbike without a helmet
- All drivers must have a valid driver's license. Depending on your nationality and location, you may also need an International Driver's Permit. It is your sole responsibility to maintain these documents in good condition and ensure they are still valid!
- Make sure all motors are locked when not in use.
- Park your motorbike only in designated parking areas. Make sure you don't park your motorbike on someone else's property without the owner's permission.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that each member of their party has appropriate travel documents as regulated by local authorities
2. Motorcycle
- Motorbikes are not equipped with insurance, so all damage, accidents and loss of the motorbike are the responsibility of the renter. If the customer wants insurance, the customer must notify us in advance and order insurance.
- Renters are not permitted to remove stickers, number plates or other accessories on the motorbike without our approval.
- You have the option to switch to another bike within three hours of receiving the bike you ordered, if stock is available and with a one-time limit.
- Additional fees will be charged if you want to upgrade the rented motorbike. If you downgrade the rented motorbike, the difference in costs will be refunded
- The motorbike must be returned on time. Late returns may result in additional rental charges, so please stick to the agreed return time or notify us 24 hours in advance if you wish to extend the rental period. If you want to extend the rental period, the easiest way to do this is to inform us via what's app or other social media
- You must notify our Customer Service Team if you become aware of any damage or if the motorbike cannot be used for any reason. We will immediately repair or replace the motorbike you rent
- We take great care and ensure that our motorbikes are ready to be rented and ridden. Therefore, our motorbikes are only for use on the road and cannot be taken off the road or to the beach.
- We will not entertain complaints submitted after the client's departure.
- We are not responsible for failure to carry out our obligations caused by things beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, fires, floods, disease outbreaks, war, riots and terrorism.
3. Delivery and Collection
- Free delivery fees for the Canggu area, and delivery and pickup fees will apply outside the Canggu and Padonan areas
- If we offer delivery or pickup services at your rental location, delivery and pickup times are indicative only. We try to be on time as much as possible, but in busy tourist areas, logistics can be a challenge.
- If you decide to leave your motorbike at the accommodation to be picked up in your absence, take 5 photos of the motorbike: front side, left side, right side, rear of the motorbike, and fuel gauge. If your motorbike has storage capacity under the seat, include a photo showing that you have put a helmet and other accessories inside. Always leave your motorbike keys with the receptionist/manager on duty and inform us of the hotel staff who received your keys. Under no circumstances is it permitted to leave a bicycle in an unattended area.
4. Payment, Security Deposit, and Refund
- Our prices may change at any time. Our website always displays the latest prices available. Once you have placed and paid for your order, the price will be confirmed.
- We require payment of 100% of the rental fee before the rental begins. Total payment must be paid in full before the pick-up/arrival date.
- Rental rates are calculated based on 24 hours.
- In certain cases, we may require a security deposit at our discretion.
- There are no refunds for excess rental periods so please confirm how long you want to rent the motorbike.
- Cancellation is only valid 12 hours after the renter receives the motorbike and a cancellation refund will be given only 50% of the price paid.
5. The following additional terms and conditions apply when renting.
- Motorbikes are not allowed to be taken outside Bali, if you want to take a motorbike outside Bali you have to make a special agreement with us
- Any fines issued by the Bali police, or fines we receive from the ATSD system that detects speeding, running red lights, and not using a helmet for bicycle plate numbers and rental periods will be charged to the customers we record on those dates.
- The driver is responsible for tire damage. We provide on-site repair services at a cost of around Rp. 50,000 to Rp. 100,000 per incident and come to your place, and if the tire is in thin condition and not suitable for use then we will replace the tire for free
- If any accessory is stolen, lost or damaged during rental, the retail value will be charged to the customer.
- 1. Bogo helmet, 150 k
2. Honda/ Yamaha helmet, 200 k
3. Phone holder, 70 k
4. Coat 100k - If the key is lost, we charge Rp. 100,000 for manual keys and Rp. 1,000,000 for a remote key
- If you go to a restaurant, bar, or club and you consume alcohol, don't drive alone, but take a taxi or be a support person with one of your friends who doesn't drink. If you leave your motorbike behind, contact our Customer Service Team to collect and bring the motorbike back to your villa or hotel.
- We are not responsible for illegal actions or actions that are contrary to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
