Rental Terms

For Local :

• E-KTP must be kept (E-KTP will be checked with the NFC application to ensure the authenticity of the E-KTP)
• Sim C (identity must be the same as EKTP)
• Social Media FB & IG (at least one year active)
• Mobile/WA number must be active for at least 1 year or at least 15 tags in get contact
• Deposit IDR 500,000 (deposit is submitted when receiving the motorbike and returned when returning the motorbike)
• If you are not willing to pay the deposit, the renter must leave another ID card as collateral
• Gmail connected to the cellphone
• Bank Transfer Payments Must Match KTP Data / Renter's Name (do not accept transfers with different names)

Note :

• If the E-KTP is not detected by NFC then we cannot accept the rental request
• If the renter does not have a driver's license, he must pay a deposit
• The only condition that can be tolerated is number 2 by showing another ID card that has a name that matches the E-KTP. Apart from that, other conditions must be met.

For Foreigners :

• Passport
• Driving license from Indonesia or internationally
• Security deposit
• Have social media such as Facebook or Instagram or Twitter.
• Have a WhatsApp or Telegram number
• Have a valid email

Conditions for Rent to Rent:

• Before making a booking, the agent must notify us that the motorbike will be rented out again.
• The agent must provide us with the complete identity of the renter, such as: passport/e-KTP, photo of driver's license, telephone number and what app and social media.
• We have to meet the customer directly when handing over the unit.
• Tenants must be willing to fill out the rental form.
• Renters must be willing to follow the rental rules and traffic regulations.
• We will pay the commission if all payments have been paid by the customer.
